Zebian Industries indeed has great employee. Its employees carries value that simply cannot be replaced. They carry deep institutional knowledge of the organization. They have extensive product, systems, and process knowledge. They hold client relationships that have been built over many years.
One of the company programs of Zebian to build camaraderie in the organization is through Team Building process. It helps the employees of Zebian evolve into a cohesive unit. The team members not only share expectations for accomplishing group tasks, but trust and support one another and respect one another’s individual differences. Through various group activities, it helps employees learn to effectively work with their co-workers. Many types of team building and teamwork tasks can involve childlike games that are more fun and entertaining while others may be a bit more complex and designed to work on a specific area or need of the team that may need improvement. This also serves to refresh and re-energize employees that may have been stressed in the office and the team building function helps them come back to work with a renewed sense of focus.
Last November 21, 2014, Zebian management with the support of all departments’ heads facilitated a Team Building activity. It is a corporate fun day involving seventy five (75) great employees which was held at Ras Al Khaimah Water Park with a Theme: “Coming together is a beginning, Keeping together is progress, and Working together is success.”
